This is the official Lebanese Digital Green Certificate (DGC) QR code scanner, which provides the holder’s information about one of the following:1- VaccinationIn case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his vaccination, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:a- Full nameb- Date of birthc- Country vaccinated ind- Unique certificate identifiere- Certificate issuerf- Medical productg- Marketing authorizationh- Vaccine or prophylaxisi- Dose number out of total series of dosesj- Date of vaccination2- Test resultIn case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his test result (Rapid or PCR test), the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:a- Full nameb- Date of birthc- Country tested ind- Unique certificate identifiere- Certificate issuerf- Testing centerg- Test name (In case of PCR)h- Test typei- Test resultj- Test identifier (In case of Rapid)k- Sample collection time3- Recovery informationIn case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his recovery from Covid-19, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:a- Full nameb- Date of birthc- Country of testd- Unique certificate identifiere- Certificate issuerf- First date positive testg- Certificate validity (from -> to)
